Privacy Policy

Effective Date: February 19, 2026 | Last Updated: February 19, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Clypt Corp. ("ClyptAI," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you access or use our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

ClyptAI operates the ClyptQ engine — a production-grade AI quantitative trading platform that allows users to research, backtest, and execute automated cryptocurrency trading strategies through their own connected exchange accounts. ClyptAI provides the tools and automation interface, but does not execute trades, hold funds, or manage user assets directly. All trading activity occurs on the user's linked third-party exchange via user-authorized API connections.

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect limited data necessary to provide and improve the Services.

a. Account Information

When you register an account, we may collect:

Name or username
Email address
Phone number (required for identity verification in connection with supported exchange access)
Encrypted login credentials
Subscription and billing data (processed via Whop, our third-party payment partner)

b. Payment Information

ClyptAI uses Whop as its payment processing partner for subscriptions, Marketplace transactions, and creator payouts. We do not store full payment card information on our servers. Payment data is handled in accordance with Whop's privacy policy and applicable PCI DSS standards.

c. Usage and Technical Data

We may collect:

Device and browser type
IP address and approximate geographic region (used for geographic access enforcement)
Log files and session activity
Feature usage and AI interaction metrics (non-identifiable analytics via Datadog RUM)

d. Exchange API Integrations

When you connect a third-party exchange account:

You provide API keys generated by your exchange account.
ClyptAI does not permanently store or retain these keys. They are used only temporarily in encrypted memory to execute authorized commands between your strategy bot and your exchange account.
All trading actions occur directly on your connected exchange, not on ClyptAI's systems.

e. Geographic Access Data

To comply with regulatory requirements and exchange terms of service, ClyptAI collects and processes phone number and IP address data to enforce geographic access restrictions on certain non-U.S. exchanges. This data is processed solely for compliance purposes and is not used for marketing or sold to third parties.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

Operate and improve platform functionality and the ClyptQ engine
Authenticate users and manage subscriptions
Process Marketplace transactions and creator payouts through Whop
Enforce geographic access restrictions as required by law and exchange agreements
Generate analytics for service enhancement
Communicate updates, alerts, and service-related messages
Ensure security and compliance with legal obligations

We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security practices:

End-to-end encryption for data in transit and at rest
Access control and secure authentication mechanisms
Continuous monitoring for unauthorized access attempts
Encrypted, temporary handling of exchange API keys with no persistent storage

Despite these measures, no digital system is completely immune to risk. Users remain responsible for securing their own devices and exchange credentials.

5. Data Retention

ClyptAI retains user account data only as long as needed for service provision or legal compliance. Temporary session data from API connections is deleted immediately after use. Phone number and IP data collected for geographic compliance purposes is retained only as long as required by applicable regulations.

6. Third-Party Services

ClyptAI integrates with the following categories of external services:

Cryptocurrency exchanges (see Terms and Conditions Section 4 for the full list)
Whop: payment processing for subscriptions, Marketplace sales, and creator payouts
Datadog: performance and reliability monitoring (non-identifiable analytics)

We are not responsible for the independent data-handling practices of these third parties. Users should review each provider's privacy policy before connecting their accounts.

7. Broker and Fee Rebate Disclosure

As disclosed in the Terms and Conditions, ClyptAI receives fee rebates and commissions from Bybit and Gate.io when users trade through ClyptAI's platform integration. No personally identifiable trading data is sold or disclosed to exchanges beyond the standard API connection required to execute trades. Volume-based rebate calculations are processed by the respective exchanges on an aggregate basis.

8. International Data Transfers

As a U.S.-based company, we process data primarily in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to such data processing. We apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law when handling data from users in other jurisdictions.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access, update, or delete your personal information
Withdraw consent or object to certain processing
Request data portability

To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@clypt.ai.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy. When changes occur, the updated version will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
